we have 2x 5000 gallon tanks that are now over flowing........

Same here, wrote a post about it today! We also have all our tanks full and over flowing, I hate wasting the water and if we had another 5 tanks we could have filled them as well....I was told today by a local that this weather will stay like this till April...OMG April?
